Every week, we receive messages by Email and Twitter from listeners who have questions while learning about topics covered on this website. Where possible, answers are given and generally, people are asked to pose any future questions on the Listen and Learn Recordings support discussion list so that others can benefit from the answers. We encourage listeners to send us questions. We recognise that asking on forums is often intimidating and answers that are given often lack detail or solutions are not tested.

LAL Live is an experiment that aims to give users of this website another medium to ask questions. It is a live show that will be broadcast from 7 to 8PM GMT, 2 to 3PM Eastern and 11AM to 12PM Pacific time.

HKC radio will host this show opening our perspective listenership to a lot more people. Details on how to listen to this show will be provided on this page and twitter closer to the time.

LAL Live will take the format of a Questions and Answers program. People can Email or Tweet their questions and they will be answered by an expert in that field on the show.

We also hope to have a guest for every show. This person will take live questions and will also discuss products or services they are affiliated with.

We have high hopes for LAL Live and it will take a lot of work to get it up and running but it is our aim that this will be of benefit to users of the Listen and Learn Recordings website and service.

If you are interested, Email or Tweet your questions before Saturday 10th April. Questions do not need to be limited to topics covered on this website and do not need to relate to assistive technology. Questions can be as basic or as technical as you like.

Remember, the only stupid question is the one you haven’t asked.
